Preston Guild 5K Run - Mon 7th May (Bank Holiday)

Organised by Red Rose Runners the race will start in the beautifully restored Avenham Park. First off will be a 5k purely for the junior athlete (11-17 years), followed by the main race.

For anyone who doesn't run regularly, 5K is not very far at all. If you have ever run for a bus, you shouldn't have any problems!
